I’m an Image Consultant specializing in helping coaches, speakers, authors, experts, and other professionals to look and feel like a million bucks so they can make a million bucks.
Being an author and speaker myself, I realize how important it is for people to see you, trust you, and connect with you in order to make the impact you set out to make. That only happens when you have that same trust and connection with yourself. I can help with that! I’m just like every other woman you’ll meet – completely unique in my own way, but a woman under it all.
Like most other women, I’ve struggled with my self-image due to media, comments by peers, my size, shape, weight, and more. I hated my freckles and red curly hair. I thought I was supposed to be thin with blue eyes and straight blonde hair. That just isn’t who I am in this life – and that doesn’t make me any less beautiful.
As I worked through my inner stuff, I came to see myself and the world around me differently. We all have something to offer, so I started to look for the beauty in everyone around me. I started to compliment strangers on the beautiful parts of them that stood out to me. I also did the same with myself. And my life changed.
We have so many roles and titles in this life that we often forget that we are still at the core of it all. And we are absolutely beautiful the way we are. When we choose to love ourselves right where we are – each molecule of ourselves, amazing shifts happen.
I was typed in the Elements as a fire. It had a profound affect on my life when I completely embodied it. I started dressing in the colors that made me shine, instead of dressing in colors that hid me. Compliments changed. Something shifted inside and I changed.
I was certified by the stylist who typed me so that I could help others see their own beauty, and step into it from the inside out.
I grew up in Southern California with my parents and a younger brother. I excelled at most things I did when I was younger, including getting good grades, serving on the student council, being in GATE, playing a variety of leadership roles on sports teams and clubs. I started working my freshman year, in addition to honors classes and playing sports year round.
After graduating early, I did the relationship and mom thing. We moved to Las Vegas when I was 23. I joke that I went from the City of Angels to Sin City.
I have two amazing adult sons and a daughter-in-love, as well as several other kids who I served as a bonus mom, auntie, mentor, etc. (I love kids and although it may be cliche, I do believe they are our future.)
In my early thirties I became a single mom to two teenage boys when I left a toxic relationship. That’s where my self-healing and discovery really started. That’s when I stopped merely existing and truly started living.
I love riding motorcycles, attending concerts and other live entertainment, jumping out of planes, traveling, swimming with sharks, and a host of other things. Community is extremely important to me.
The thing I want to be remembered for most is how I made people feel or whatever small way I may have impacted their lives. A little bit of positivity and love goes a long way. (The ripple effect.) Our time here is short, and I’d like to make mine count for something more than some of the choices I’ve made in the past. If you’d still like to learn more, you can check out my Ramblings Page
