Feel more authentic and powerful …
Amy is warm, and put me at ease. I felt she took the time to really see me, and I believe she truly sees each of us as a masterpiece. She helped me to see something about myself that was shocking, but ultimately empowering!
I’m connecting with the energy of my element and dressing in a way that feels good to me energetically. I love that there are no actual rules and that dressing in harmony with my element makes me feel more authentic and powerful.

I feel more confident…
Going through the course was great! I love how Amy interacts with others and puts you at ease. She is thoughtful, giving, and always encouraging everyone to embrace who they are and to shine. She helps you embody your element and gain confidence, regardless of your age or size. I loved watching the transformation of others in the group. It was fun learning about my color palette, how to use the fans to choose the right colors for me, and also how to interact with others that are different elements than I am.
Most importantly, I feel more confident and my business has already been impacted. I’m signing up more clients than ever before. My mentors, clients, and colleagues have all commented on how they notice a change in me.
Be Seen. Feel Confident. Shine…
Before working with Amy, I felt invisible and unsure of my style. Through Embody Your Element, I rediscovered my true personality, colors, and confidence. Getting dressed is effortless, compliments are constant, and I feel comfortable standing out. It’s more than style—it’s self-expression, clarity, and impact.
I feel like a badass …
I’ve had the experience of someone stopping mid-sentence on a Zoom call to tell me how good I looked.
It really feels good. But the main thing is I’m feeling more confident and more energized.
I think the energy gets into my voice more because I like the way I look. It’s adding to my confidence, and I believe it’s adding to the confidence people will have in me as I’m doing outreach for my business.
But even beyond that, it has somehow totally changed my view of myself. I used to view myself as a wallflower. I wanted to shrink into the shadows and not be seen.
Now I feel like a badass. And it’s all the colors. It was like flipping a switch. It was so fast.

When you’re in your colors, more of you comes out
I went to a wine tasting and these women told me, ‘Wow, you look really nice.’ This man – which stood out because men don’t typically compliment other men – said, ‘Yeah, he’s always dressing to impress and he just looks great, man.’
It took me back because it was a group of people saying that. It makes me feel comfortable.
When you’re in your colors, more of you comes out. Not only does more of me come out, but other people see it more. It’s almost like we don’t realize it, but the colors help us.
Finally Wearing My Best Colors
Before working with Amy, I didn’t realize how much the wrong colors were washing me out. In under an hour, she helped me discover my true palette and personality style—and it changed everything. Shopping is easier, my closet finally makes sense, and my confidence is through the roof. I genuinely love wearing everything I own now.

Feel more comfortable in my own skin …
People have noticed me and talked to me and whatnot, but when I walked in with those new clothes, people complimented me on my outfits and how I looked. The overall experience of that was kind of cool.
They made me feel more comfortable in my own skin. I used to stand in the background and not want to be noticed or heard.
Putting on my colors and being the person that was actually being talked to, seen, heard, and them actually looking at me and addressing me kind of made me feel good.
At first I was l
ike, really. Oh, my gosh! They’re talking to me like, and then I started getting more comfortable, and that’s when I was like I have to text Amy!
As the event went on, and I kept getting those compliments, it was kind of cool to actually be noticed.”
